The hotel is quite quiet with a lovely splash pool, perfect for a family holiday. The rooms are decent in size with a Super Kingsize bed, and the staff, especially Oliver at reception and Joshua at the bar, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the location is a bit far from the beach and facilities in Maspalomas and lacks a vibrant atmosphere. The dining offers a good variety, especially for picky eaters, but may get repetitive after a few days.
My stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the staff was excellent, showing great professionalism and friendliness. The location was ideal, being peaceful yet close to the beach and fantastic dining options. The dining experience was good, although there could have been more variety. Overall, a great value for money.
